We offer other services including carrying a huge stock of Taxi Cab parts at our premises. It has been known for a taxi to break down after hours and been able to get the part from us, so that they can get their taxi back on the road.

Both drivers and call centre personnel have received comprehensive training on the new system, allowing them to quickly and easily get a ‘real time’ overview of supply and demand on their shift. All this of course, is done with the customer in mind – getting you from A to B without any unnecessary glitches or delays.
An automated booking system, offered to all clients using domestic landlines, simplifies the booking process for all callers – both business clients and the general public. The system recognises a caller’s telephone number and automatically dispatches the closest car to the registered address. Uptake of this free service enhancement in the two months since its launch, has been encouraging with over 20% of all passengers using the system.
